Live Wire has been awarded 2 Platinum and 2 Gold MarCom Awards for the creativity and success of 2024 campaigns serving four of our clients: Babson College, The Grainger College of Engineering, Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.

The MarCom Creative Awards is one of the largest and most respected creative competitions in the world and selects winner from over 6,000 submissions each year.

 

PLATINUM WINNERS:

Babson College

Serving as the agency of record for Babson College over the past two years, Live Wire has developed an integrated marketing and communications campaign that strategically aligns with the school’s business goals and objectives. From the school’s brand and key messages to its market position and communications activities, Live Wire worked with Babson’s internal communications team to identify and implement the following PR objectives:

  • Elevate Babson’s brand and image to positively influence the school’s rankings;
  • Maintain and expand the school’s relevancy and rank within entrepreneurship;
  • Expand Babson’s share of media voice within the field of business education;
  • Diversify number of faculty utilized in the media campaign; and
  • Increase Babson’s feature placement coverage to 20-25%.

The Grainger College of Engineering

Serving as the agency of record for the University of Illinois’ Grainger College of Engineering over the past year, Live Wire has developed an integrated marketing and communications campaign that strategically aligns with the school’s science, engineering, and technology goals and objectives. From the school’s brand and key messages to its market position and communications activities, Live Wire worked with Grainger Engineering’s internal communications team to identify and implement the following PR objectives:

  • Position Grainger Engineering as a premier engineering school in science, engineering, and technology and proactively position faculty and staff as thought leaders in tier-one media outlets and industry trade press;
  • Increase awareness of Grainger Engineering’s successes and stories of impact including in research, innovation, ingenuity, entrepreneurship, and advancement;
  • Leverage the University of Illinois’ proximity to Chicago to elevate Grainger Engineering as the go to regional authority on all science, engineering, and technology-related matters by securing earned media placements in Chicago-area media outlets.

Serving as the agency of record for the McDonough School of Business over the last sixteen years, Live Wire hasdeveloped an integrated marketing and communications campaign that strategically aligns with the school’sbusiness goals and objectives. From the school’s brand and key messages to its market position andcommunications activities, Live Wire worked with McDonough’s internal communications team to identify andimplement the following PR objectives:

  • Position the school as a premier business school and thought leader in finance, business, federal regulation, international trade, and marketing through a faculty thought leadership campaign;

Serving as the agency of record for the Leavey School of Business, Live Wire has developed an integrated marketing and communications campaign that strategically aligns with the school’s business goals and objectives. From the school’s brand and key messages to its market position and communications activities, Live Wire worked with Leavey’s internal communications team to identify and implement the following PR objectives:

  • Elevate exposure and visibility for Leavey in targeted media outlets, including mainstream national media outlets as well as relevant industry trade publications;
  • Raise awareness for faculty’s expertise and research through an increase in media engagements;
